HB2752 Relating to abuse and neglect of livestock permits counties to recover costs from the owner when livestock is seized due to neglect or cruelty.

HB2552 Increasing the pet food registration fee and directing that the additional money be deposited into the West Virginia Spay Neuter Assistance Fund

HB2029 The purpose of this bill is to give the counties authority to adopt certain ordinances pertaining to animals.

HB2168 The purpose of this bill is to prohibit counties and cities from enacting ordinances prohibiting a certain breed of dog.

HB2418 Its purpose is to outlaw declawing of cats and other animals.

SB334 The purpose of this bill is to create the felony offense of aggravated cruelty to animals.

HB2664  The purpose of this bill is to prohibit activities connected with bestiality.

HB2905 Relating to animal cruelty – specifically, animal shelters meeting minimum standards of care

HB2855 Relating to care, custody and visitation of pets involved in separation and divorce proceeding
