Spay Today - Offers low-cost assistance through a voucher program. Veterinarians participate in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Promise Animal League - Offers low-cost spay/neuter surgeries plus additional veterinary services, including vaccinations.

Berkeley County Humane Society - Spays/neuters animals adopted from shelter or offers voucher to take to own vet. In addition, a voucher program for individuals who have not adopted from the shelter.

Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County - All animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Briggs Animal Adoption Center - All animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Berkeley County Animal Control
- Adopters have 30 days to have animals spayed/neutered.

Jefferson County Animal Control
- All animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Humane Society of Morgan County
- all animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
