May 10 & 11 – Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County will hold a Mother’s Day flower sales fundraiser at Domino’s in Shepherdstown (Hwy 45 north of town). Friday, May 10 - noon - 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 11 - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
May 18 & May 19 – Pet Photo Day at War Memorial Park. Reservations required. Donations to benefit the Berkeley County Humane Society. For more information, visit Lady Appleseeds or email ladyappleseeds@yahoo.com.
